Responsible for selling our outsourced back-office solutions to recruitment businesses and supplier organisations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our product offerings, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Measures: Quota Targets, Financial Targets and Activity Targets

Skills, knowledge, and experience required

Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, marketing leads and networking.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our outsourcing products and their value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects and customers.

Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers to showcase the benefits and features of our SaaS solutions.

Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions by aligning our back-office offerings with their specific requirements.

Lead Management: Qualify and manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing relationships.

Negotiation and Closing: Work with potential clients to address objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales deals.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.

Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and results using a CRM system and provide regular sales reports to management.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

Product Knowledge:

  • Workwell Complete Back Office - the understanding of Workwell Outsourcing’s services offered
  • Complete Funding - the understanding of funding process and requirements to start-ups or small business
  • Evertime SaaS - the understanding of our Evertime platform for businesses
  • Evertime Pay & Bill - the understanding of our product and service

Person Specification

  • Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including the ability to self-generate leads and drive new business opportunities
  • Experience in consultative sales, demonstrating the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Understanding of back office and cloud concepts is a plus.

Hours Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30/ (flexibility required due to the nature of the role)
