Job Title: Property Broker

Location: Islington, London (Hybrid)

Salary: up to £35,000 + monthly bonus

Role

• As a Property Owners Broker, you will specialise in managing a portfolio of inherited clients (both commercial & residential)
• Responsible for renewal retention of existing clients, and responding to new business enquiries
• Forming relationships with Clients and Underwriters
• Broking via Acturis and generation manual presentations

Experience:

• Ideally, someone with Property Owners experience (commercial, residential or non-standard household) from a broking, claims or underwriting background
• Cert CII qualified or desire to start working towards professional qualifications
