• Hours - 11:30am-13:30pm
• Monday-Friday
• SEN School
• Ealing
• ASAP start
• £12-£14 per hour+

As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the students have a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime experience. You'll assist with supervising the children during their lunch break, both in the dining areas and during outdoor play, and help to promote a happy and inclusive environment.

• Supervise and support pupils during lunch breaks, both indoors and outdoors.
• Encourage positive play and interaction among students.
• Assist with dining arrangements, including helping children with feeding if required.
• Maintain a safe and orderly environment, ensuring the well-being of all students.
• Be alert to the individual needs of the pupils, providing emotional and practical support as necessary.

• A caring and patient individual with a passion for working with children.
• Experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable but not essential - training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliability and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
