Are you an experienced Underwriter in property and casualty insurance looking for your next challenge? My client is seeking a talented Development Underwriter to join their team in Birmingham.

The Role:
As a Development Underwriter, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business, maintaining broker relationships, and supporting renewals. You'll work collaboratively with a dynamic team to deliver tailored solutions and meet financial targets.

Requirements:

* Proven underwriting experience in Property and Casualty insurance.
* Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of the local insurance market.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Degree and/or ACII qualification preferred.
* Full driving license required.
