Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative and engaging art lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional and academic growth.
- Work collaboratively with the wider school team to support individual student needs.
- Use art as a therapeutic medium to help students express themselves and develop resilience.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience teaching art, ideally within an SEN or SEMH setting.
