We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Emotional Support Teaching Assistant at a vibrant and inclusive school in Southampton. About the Role: As an Emotional Support Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students across the school who have a range of SEN, offering tailored support to help them stay emotionally engaged in their learning. You will collaborate with the school’s Inclusion and Learning Support teams to provide 1:1 and small group interventions, helping students feel supported and confident in the classroom.

The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and committed to helping students succeed emotionally and academically. While prior experience in a school setting is helpful, it is not required. Experience working in care, social work, as a nursery practitioner, teaching assistant, or in similar roles where you’ve supported individuals will be valuable. Most importantly, we want someone who is eager to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.
