Prospero Teaching is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Manchester. This role involves providing 1:1 support to children with SEN needs, such as Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviour, helping them thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 tailored support to children with SEN needs.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff to enhance pupil engagement.
Assist children with Autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges in their learning journey.

Experience and Qualifications
A Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is preferred.
Experience working with SEN children in UK schools or similar settings.
Understanding of safeguarding principles (training provided if needed).
Resilience and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each child.

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:

Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Have an enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to process one).
Provide two professional child-related references.
