Secondary Supply Teacher Guildford

We are seeking an adaptable and motivated Secondary Supply Teacher to join a thriving school in Guildford. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in the absence of regular staff, ensuring continuity of learning for students.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons, ensuring student engagement and progress.
• Maintain a well-ordered and respectful classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to support learning.
• Liaise with staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions.
• Provide feedback on student performance and participation.

• Prior experience in a teaching role is desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills and a proactive attitude.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies in schools.

• Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred but not essential.
