Are you an experienced solicitor with a strong interest in corporate and commercial law?

Do you have expertise in mergers and acquisitions, company sales, and supporting small to medium-sized businesses with their legal needs?

As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, you will:
• Handle mergers, acquisitions, and disposals, primarily involving smaller companies and SMEs.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Provide expert advice on corporate structures, governance, and compliance.
• Manage company sales, purchases, and restructuring processes from start to finish.
• Support clients with general commercial advice, including intellectual property, data protection, and TOB's
• Build lasting relationships with clients, offering a tailored approach to meet their business needs.

To excel in this role, you will need::
• A solid background in corporate and commercial law, with at least 2 yrsPQE.
• Experience managing mergers and acquisitions, particularly involving SME's
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of SME-specific challenges is highly advantageous.
