Property Manager

Are you seeking an opportunity in a fast paced and growing Property business?  If so, our clients based in Sheffield are seeking a Property Manager to work in their Serviced Accommodation department.

The position will be dealing with the luxury serviced accommodation market, ensuring the properties are maintained to a good standard, whilst providing a swift turnover of guests

The Property Managers hours will be

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday  10am – 6pm

The Property Manager's duties will involve, but not be limited to:

• Regular Inspections
• Carrying out mini inventories
• Liaising with Contractors and Housekeepers
• Attending and dealing with guest queries

To be considered for the Property Manager role you must have the following:

• Great Customer Service skills
• Organised manner
• Strong Phone skills
• Driving licence

In return, our clients are offering the following to the successful Property Manager:

• Basic salary £26,000 - £28,000
