Procurement Sourcing Specialist

Due to the development of their procurement department, my healthcare client is looking to recruit a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join the team. Working in a small, but growing department, and reporting to the Head of Procurement, this role will be responsible for sourcing and contract management activities as well as delivering cost savings and managing stakeholder relationships.

This is a greenfield opportunity and will support the Head of Procurement in delivering and developing the procurement strategy as well as identifying opportunities for delivering savings and developing areas such as the contract register and database.

To be successful in the role you will ideally have 3 years previous procurement experience as well as experience in the healthcare sector. You will have led on procurement exercises and also have the ability to manage your own workload and develop relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.

The role is being offered on a permanent basis with office attendance every 2 weeks. The salary on offer is £40,000 to £45,000.
