Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned lessons that engage Year 2 pupils.
• Support the development of core skills in reading, writing, and numeracy, while encouraging curiosity and creativity.
• Regularly assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and other teachers to ensure a high standard of education.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers to support children's overall development.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience in teaching Year 2 or Key Stage 1 is highly beneficial.
• A flexible and enthusiastic approach to teaching, with strong classroom management skills.
• A commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mind set.
