Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives across two shifts; day shift and afternoon shift (static shift) As an Assembly Operative, you will be joining a growing manufacturing company based in Nuneaton.

Assembly Operative Day Shift:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
Friday: 08:00 – 15:30
£12.44 inclusive of attendance bonus

Temp to perm position, offering an excellent pathway to long-term employment

Assembly Operative Afternoon shift:

Monday to Thursday 16:30 to 02:30
£14.00 per hour inclusive of attendance bonus
Temp to perm position, offering an excellent pathway to long-term employment

Assembly Operative Role:

As an Assembly Operative you will be required to work within a fast-paced environment, assembling components, ensuring quality, and securely packaging products for delivery. You will play a vital part in maintaining high customer satisfaction standards with the components that you have assembled.

Assembly Operative Key Responsibilities:

• Read and follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Gather materials and equipment to begin the assembly process.
• Take precise measurements for accurate component assembly.
• Pick and inspect goods against customer orders, ensuring quality standards.
• Safely package goods using industrial materials (e.g., cardboard, pallets, bubble wrap).
• Load packaged items for transport and maintain accurate records for tracking.
• Adhere to health and safety policies, maintaining a clean and organised workstation.
