About the Role:

• As an Adult Safeguarding Social Worker, you will:
• Conduct safeguarding assessments and investigations.
• Develop and implement care plans to support individuals at risk.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the well-being and protection of vulnerable adults.
• Advocate for individuals, ensuring their rights and needs are respected.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with legal and statutory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work
• Proven experience in adult safeguarding or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
