Company Overview
Our client is a UK leading specialist in designing and manufacturing water treatment equipment. They sell products to UK and global markets and have recently opened a new manufacturing facility where you will be based.

The Role: Production Manager
We’re seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead a talented team of 11 multi-disciplinary mechanical and electrical assemblers. In this role, you will oversee the production of distributed components, catalogue-standard equipment, and bespoke solutions as an OEM supplier in the water treatment industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage resources effectively, including stock levels and equipment maintenance.
• Set and maintain quality standards while ensuring cost-efficient production.
• Monitor productivity, enforce health and safety regulations, and implement quality control programs.
• Liaise with suppliers, managers, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
• Supervise and motivate team members, review performance, and identify training needs.
• Collate and analyze production data, producing reports for stakeholders.
• Contribute to product design and procurement activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in production management, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage people and processes effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical assembly is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams and departments.
