A two-form entry primary school in Barking is seeking a skilled Year 5 class teacher to join their team on a short-term basis, starting immediately until February 2025. • Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons to a Year 5 class.
• Working collaboratively with the parallel Year 5 teacher to ensure consistency in planning and assessment.
• Supporting the progress and development of all pupils in a positive and inclusive environment.

• A welcoming and supportive staff team.
• Pupils who are enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• A two-form entry setup that encourages collaboration.
• A well-resourced and community-focused environment.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, specifically in Year 5.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate effectively.
• ECTs are not eligible for this position.
