Client: Government Agency

Location: Exeter

Working Arrangement: Hybrid: 1 day per week in Exeter, the rest of the days are remote

Brief:

• You will help users complete their goal of acquiring the data they need and deliver their goal of their data being used to create social value and economic benefits.

• You will work with Senior Product Managers, Programme Directors and project boards to develop design concepts.

• Your work will involve the creation of products, data, content, and transactions across digital channels.

• You will be responsible for designing the end-to-end journey of the service for acquiring data.

• You will support the mapping and designing of the data services end-to-end.

• Identify processes to measure and visualise outcomes and successes.

• Create 'as-is' and 'to-be' service blueprints for data services.

• This role will be embedded in a multidisciplinary team.

• Design systems for use across multiple services.

• Mentor other user-centred design colleagues.

• Advocate user-centred design.
