Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales ledger, ensuring all invoices are accurately processed and payments are correctly allocated.
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitoring outstanding payments and supporting credit control activities.
- Generating sales reports and providing insight to support business decisions.
- Collaborating with the wider finance team to ensure seamless month-end processes.
About You:
- Previous experience in a sales ledger or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communication abilities to liaise with internal teams and external customers.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a desire to contribute to a growing business.
