Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum plus OTE up to £6,000 bonus
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am - 1:00pm

• Welcoming and assisting customers in the Parts department.
• Managing orders, booking out parts, invoicing, and processing payments.
• Handling general aftersales enquiries and collaborating with the Service department.
• Providing estimates and achieving sales by prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining accounts.
• Addressing customer enquiries both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Checking in parts deliveries and assisting with stock checks.
• Liaising with the workshop, service advisors, and customers.
• Contacting customers to offer special promotions when available.

• Works collaboratively with colleagues to achieve increased profit and sales.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer relations and exceeding customer expectations.
• Professional yet friendly, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and objectivity.
• Experienced in a parts department with a good understanding of motor vehicle mechanics.
• Willing to update technical knowledge to provide efficient service.
• Possesses a good telephone manner and knowledge of Kerridge (essential).
• Holds a full, valid, and clean UK driving licence.
