Finance Manager
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Location: Loughborough – Hybrid working (4 days on-site, 1 day from home)

What You’ll Do - Oversee financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Manage payroll processing, VAT returns, and HP registers.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities.
- Deputise for the Head of Finance when required.
About You - Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Experience in an SME environment, ideally managing a small team.
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel with a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
