Solution Architect - 6-Month Contract (Outside IR35)

Location: Hybrid - South West based

WeDo are seeking a skilled solution architect for a six-month contract, focusing on a D365 F&O programme. This role is to drive the success of the implementation forward and to work within the enterprise architecture team.

As a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, you’ll:

• Be the go-to person for architecture support across factories, sales entities, and key programmes.
• Collaborate with experts in areas like finance, customer engagement, integrations, and data to tackle challenges.
• Coordinate with departments (like Engineering, Finance, and Operations) to align solution changes and ensure nothing’s missed.
• Oversee solution governance to keep processes, platforms, systems, and applications on track.
• Prepare important deliverables (e.g., solution blueprints and design documents) and get them reviewed and approved.
• Identify opportunities to make better use of our systems through architecture governance.

About You

• You’ve got solid experience with D365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service)
• You’re experienced with D365 F&O (F&SCM), including product configurators, BOMs, and product data management.
• You understand Project Management Accounting in D365 F&SCM and how it integrates with D365 CE.
• You’ve worked with document generation tools (Lasernet or Loftware would be a bonus).
