Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Health Visitor will be providing the Health Child programme for 0-5 children and families.
• Health visitor will be supporting safeguarding,
• Health Visitor should be comfortable attending Child Protection conferences, core groups, early help and mentoring, home visits and clinics for Universal Plus and Partnership Plus

Skills:

• Qualified Health Visitor experience with the use of Rio using the template
• Good communication and able to support changes.
