Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant for a secondary school based in Chester!

We are currently working with a secondary school who are looking to recruit a number of Teaching Assistants to start with immediate effect. Due to an increase in school funding, we are currently actively looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to join the schools learning support team.

In this role, you will work across the school supporting students on a 1:1 basis and helping with there daily lesson plans. In any spare time you will be working in the schools learning base that will be working alongside a class teacher and small groups of pupils.

The ideal candidate is someone that has previous experience working with ages 11 - 16 and a good understanding of SEND.

The role is a full time position that will require you to work 8:30am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday at a daily rate of £85+ a day.

To be considered for this role, we will need -

• Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
• A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
• A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
