***Lettings Negotiator - Oxford - £22k Basic, £60k OTE - Excellent Progression

My client is a well known, global property company with an excellent reputation. They are now looking for an experienced lettings negotiator to join their team in their Oxford office.

Responsibilities for the lettings negotiator:

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, whilst conducting accurate market appraisals/valuations which will hopefully lead to instructed properties.

You will also be conducting property viewings, negotiate tenancies & maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Key skils for the lettings negotiator:

• Estate Agency experience as a Lettings Negotiator
  
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence

Salary: £22k basic £60k OTE
