Start Date: January 2024
Contract: Full-time, temporary (potential for permanent)
Salary: £150 to £220 Dependent on experience

We are currently is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT Teacher to join a supportive school community committed to staff development and student success. This is an excellent opportunity to teach in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, inspiring students to achieve their full potential in the ever-evolving field of information technology.

Role Overview:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in IT across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to foster a love for technology and digital innovation.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and departmental success.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Proven experience in teaching IT or Computing.
• A strong understanding of the National Curriculum for IT.
• Passion for education and the ability to inspire students.
• An enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
