Vehicle Technician Opportunity

Location: Wantage Area

Salary: £28k - £38k Basic + Bonus!

We are recruiting an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician to join a thriving workshop team committed to delivering exceptional service standards. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who is eager to grow within a supportive, professional environment.

Key Requirements:

• Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 certification (Level 3 preferred)
• Desirable Skills: MOT license and HV qualification (training will be provided for the right candidate)
• Experience: Ability to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of vehicles, including cars, light commercial vehicles up to 3.5T, and 4x4s
• Adaptability: Quick learner, capable of working on various makes and models

What’s on Offer:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00 (No weekends unless required for overtime)
• Salary: Competitive £28k - £38k basic, plus monthly workshop bonuses up to £500 based on achieving performance targets
• Benefits: 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional holiday increments for service beyond 5 years
