Assembly Operative

Found Industrial are looking for Assembly Operatives to work alongside our client in Horsham. The role will include working as part of a team, following supervisor instructions and adhering to health and safety at all times.

The Role of Assembly Operative:

• Day Shift
• Full Time, Monday to Friday
• £11.50 - £13 per hour, depending on experience

Duties of Assembly Operative:

• Using hand tools and power tools to assemble products
• Use of soldering iron
• Application of silicone sealant to connectors
• Quality control and checking assembled components meet standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Requirements for Warehouse Operative:

• Good level of written and verbal English required.
• Experience within mechanical assembly or manufacturing
• Basic experience of lathe and milling work preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Steady hands as items can be very small
