Full-Time Student Support Assistant Role - Starting January 2025 in Lambeth

Location: Lambeth, London
Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour
Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Start Date: January 2025

• Provide tailored support to students, focusing on those with behavioural needs.
• Work alongside teachers to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Help implement effective behaviour management strategies.
• Foster the academic and emotional growth of individual students.

• Previous experience supporting students with behavioural challenges.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle diverse situations.
• Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude.

• Experience working with secondary school-aged students.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
• Recent professional references.

• Competitive hourly rate of £13.50 - £14.50.
