An exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to provide essential support within a dynamic team. Based in Mitcham, you will deliver professional reception services and administrative support, ensuring efficient operations across our corporate environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage incoming e-mails and telephone calls with professionalism.
  • Handle photocopying, managing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Greet clients warmly and direct them appropriately within the office.
  • Type documents, maintain spreadsheets, and manage electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Liaise with members of staff across various departments to support office coordination.
  • Organise and file documents and computer-based information to maintain orderliness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong and clear communication skills.
  • A flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
