This role is new due growth & reporting directly to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for...

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase follower growth, brand awareness and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin & more
• Monitor social media trends, analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize content performance, grow followers, and improve engagement.
• Track and report on social media performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop paid social strategies and ways to enhance our organic social media strategy through the use of paid.
