Graduate Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a professional Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management practice based in the City of London due to continued growth. The successful candidate will be working on projects within the heritage, educational sector with some occasional one-off residential projects.

• Permanent Position
• Job Title: Graduate Quantity Surveyor
• Start Date: ASAP/New Year Start
• Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm
• Reporting back to the Partners
• Projects: Heritage, Education and One-off Residential projects
• Office based with site travels as required

• Ambition to pursue chartership status
• RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 DOE
• 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
• Pension
• Full APC support
