A renowned retail company is on the lookout for an experienced and strategic Head of Analytics and Data Science to lead their data-driven transformation efforts.

As the Head of Analytics and Data Science, you will spearhead strategic initiatives across both retail and online operations, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of this leading retailer. You will oversee a team of skilled Analytics Managers and Data Scientists, working to establish a unified data strategy and an authoritative "single source of truth" for the organization.

This role involves driving innovation in data architecture and fostering a culture of best practices and consistency within the analytics community. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to leverage data for actionable insights, directly contributing to business growth and new strategic ventures.

• Lead and mentor teams of Analytics Managers and Data Scientists to deliver measurable business impact.
• Establish and maintain a centralized, trusted data repository to drive consistency and trust in data use across the company.
• Optimize and refine the company's data architecture to support strategic goals.
• Provide hands-on leadership to develop actionable solutions while also planning long-term strategies for scalable data use.
• Drive business growth by supporting key initiatives with robust analytics and data science insights.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire Analytics and Data Science teams.
• Strategic Vision: A strong record of delivering practical solutions while planning for the future of data-driven operations.
• Data-Driven Impact: Experience in translating data insights into tangible business benefits.
• B2C Expertise: A background in business-to-consumer (B2C) environments is highly desirable.
