The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in the reinsurance industry, seeking an experienced and innovative Business Analyst to join their Finance & Operations team. This role will focus on streamlining processes, improving data quality, and delivering business transformation projects to drive efficiency and operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and redesign processes to improve efficiency and control. Collaborate with data teams to validate and automate data quality checks. Develop and monitor KPIs for client data quality. Liaise with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Drive governance, ensuring strong documentation, testing, and exception management protocols.
Ideal CandidateProven track record as a Business Analyst, including experience with process improvement and data management. Proficient in SQL, data visualisation, and tools like MS Visio. Familiarity with reinsurance/insurance is a must Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
