Tonic are assisting our client's search for a General manager for their cafe/bar operation in Lichfield. The business serves locally roasted coffee, freshly prepared cakes, breakfasts, and lunches. In the evening, it's a place to have a great beer or well-made cocktail. As the General Manager, you will lead and motivate the small team and be creative with ideas for driving revenue; you will make the business a real community place where everyone is welcome and feels at home.

What we are looking for in the General Manager candidates:

• A proven track record of supervisory or management experience within similar quality environments
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
• Experience with real ale, cellar management, premium spirits and cocktails is essential
• Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
• A true passion for hospitality and the customer journey
