Financial Controller

Financial Controller - Sussex (hybrid)- Permanent - £75k

I have a fantastic Financial Controller position with a well-established business with a great reputation based in Sussex. They offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with 25 days holiday and are looking for a qualified accountant to join the friendly and welcoming team.

As their new Financial Controller, you will head up the finance function, reporting into the board and managing a team of 7. You will enjoy a broad role encompassing finance & accounts as well as office admin inc. contracts and insurances.

Financial Controller responsibilities:

• Management & financial accounts
• Budgets & forecasts
• VAT Returns, Corp tax, PAYE & Payroll
• Cash flow management
• Preparation of financial management reports
• Main POC for external stakeholders

If you are a fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) accountant with notable experience at a senior level who is looking for a broad, all-encompassing Financial Controller role within a stable and growing business, this could be the opportunity for you.

Note: You MUST have experience within the legal sector (or audited legal firms), with an understanding of SRA rules to be considered for this role.
