Senior Buyer – Leeds – Permanent – To £50,000
Established and highly entrepreneurial business in West Yorkshire are currently enjoying a sustained period of growth and hence are seeking to add heads to their operation. The result of this is a newly created Senior Buyer role is being recruited, reporting into the Managing Director. The extremely exciting business operate with a very strong work ethic, embodied by the MD himself who has built the company from the ground up.

Senior Buyer responsibilities: - Reporting directly into the Managing Director, so excellent senior stakeholder endorsement
- Opportunity to develop the role and desk as you see fit and influence at a senior level
- Key interface with existing suppliers
- Identifying, sourcing and negotiating terms with new suppliers
- Internal stakeholder management including sales and warehousing
- Entirely autonomous ownership of your own profit centre and P&L
- Attending trade fairs with suppliers and building relationships
Office-based Monday – Friday

- Prior and demonstrable experience of working with suppliers in a fast-paced environment to secure best pricing
