Job Title: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse/Occupational Therapist
Location: Witney/Banbury, OXON North and West CMHT (Older Adults)
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 9-5)
Duration: Minimum 3 months, starting ASAP
Key Requirements:
- Experience in community mental health (essential)
- Care coordination skills (essential)
- Experience with older adults (desirable)
Role Summary: Provide specialist mental health support and care coordination within the older adults' community mental health team.
