A growing organisation in Hinckley have recently approached Mitchell Adam and requested assistance with their search for an experienced Finance Manager. The organisation has gone through a period of growth in recent years and are looking to bolster their finance function with a talented individual with experience of supervising a small finance team. Their offices have free on-site parking and the organisation offers a terrific flexibility in regards to working from home.

This business has continued to grow in recent years despite external shocks such as the pandemic, they operate in the retail sector and have continued to adapt and grow their presence in the Midlands. As a Finance Manager, you will be supervising a small team of finance professionals, all of which are confident and competent in their duties. Your responsibilities will include producing the monthly management account packs and being a crucial part of the budgeting and forecasting process, whilst also being on hand to provide assistance to your junior colleagues.

• To have experience managing a small team is preferred as this role will include supervisory responsibilities.
• To be confident and charismatic is key, as you will be working closely with your team and interacting with non-financial stakeholders.
• To either have a number of examinations completed in your ACCA or CIMA qualification, or to consider yourself "Qualified by Experience"
• To have experience in a variety of accounting responsibilities, ranging from producing monthly management account packs, to overseeing transactional colleagues, as it is important to be able to provide insight to colleagues at varying levels of experience.
