Main Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:

• Manage classroom behaviour to ensure students are engaged in a constructive learning environment.
• Supervise work set by subject teachers.
• Act as a role model and develop productive working relationships with students.
• Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and the health and safety of students.

Ideal Cover Supervisor Will Have:

• Previous experience working in a school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
