The Role:

• Accounts payable

• Production of Quarterly VAT returns

• Overseeing Credit Controller

• Liaising with Sales Department, setting up of new customer accounts and credit checks

• Posting journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, depreciation

• Maintain fixed asset register and post disposal journals

• Year-end reports, Companies House Annual Returns and support to Accountants during year-end financial audit

• Monthly figures to payroll

• Prepare Management Reports for Finance Director and Director of Operations Worldwide

The Ideal Candidate:

• AAT Level 2+ or equivalent qualification
• Proficient use of accounts software, preferably Sage 200
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
