HGV Class 1 Driver

Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver
Location: Manchester
Hours: 10 - 12 hours a day
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client in Manchester. As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently to various locations.

Key responsibilities:
- Driving and operating HGV Class 1 vehicles in a safe and professional manner
- Loading and unloading goods as required
- Conducting pre-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Ensuring all delivery paperwork is completed accurately
- Communicating effectively with dispatchers and warehouse staff
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

Qualifications required:
- Valid HGV Class 1 licence
- Valid CPC qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a HGV Class 1 Driver
- Good knowledge of driving regulations and laws
- Excellent communication skills
