Senior Residential Children's Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Children's Care Worker for a Children's home in the Nuneaton area. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children/young people in your care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

Job Summary:

You will provide care and support to residents of Children’s Homes in the Nuneaton area. If you are an active, passionate and empathetic individual who has experience withing in children’s residential services, please apply today.

Vacancy details:

• Salary: from £30,000
• 40 hours a week including sleep-ins and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Support young people through their daily routines
• Act as a role model
• Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
• Following Care plans and Risk Assessments
• Communicating with residents and colleagues

Experience/Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential child care
• Level 3 in children and young people is desirable
• Right to work in the UK
• UK Drivers licence
• Clear DBS
