Acoustics Design and Technical Estimator

Our Client is an estiablished noise and vibration control specialist to the industrial markets providing innovative solutions to noise mitigation across power generation and heavy mechanical applications. Due to consistent demand in services, a technically experienced salesperson with a strong background in fabtricated engineering is required to work as Technical Estimator to be based in their West Yorkshire branch.

Qualifications:
Ideally degree qualification in an engineering discipline

Experience
Extensive experience within a technical sales role, within an engineering sector
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel
Excellent Telephone skills.
Highly organised and IT literate
Exhibit excellent communication skills
Good PC and Task management skills
Self-motivated, able to learn quickly and to work independently to deadlines and targets

Duties
Manage new and existing sales enquiries
Prepare specific project costing, proposals, layout/information drawings, and quotations.
Provide product application advice to customers and specifiers
Manage the day-to-day activity, sales, scheduling and distribution.
