About the Mortgage & Protection Broker??????? Role
As the new Mortgage & Protection Broker, you’ll be provided with a steady stream of clients from an extensive client book, comprehensive in-house marketing and strong existing industry relationships, which will allow you to hit the ground running.
Your role will be to nurture these valuable relationships while also driving new business for mortgages and protection products.

Mortgage & Protection Broker Offer

• Employed: Up to £35k basic + 25% commission after validation
• Self-Employed: 75% commission on self-generated leads, 25% commission on leads provided
• Flexibility: Hybrid or Make use of the office in Lymington
• Office once a week: To catch up with the team
• Support: Administrative support available on a per-case basis
• Time Off: 20 days holiday + Christmas & Bank Holidays
• Client Base: You’ll step into a warm client book and clients from established introducers providing immediate earning potential

Mortgage & Protection Broker Skills and Experience

• CeMAP-qualified or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
• Strong ability to generate new business while nurturing existing relationships
• Self-motivated, with a passion for the mortgage industry
• Enthusiastic about playing a key role in a growing, client-focused business
