Financial Administrator

My clients a High-Net-Worth financial organisation based in Hendley- in-Arden (within easy commuting distance of Solihull, Warwick, Stratford-on-Avon Redditch and Bromsgrove). Due to continued growth my client is looking for a successful, professional and proactive senior financial administrator.

Benefit package

• Basic salary £28K -- £35K but negotiable for the right candidate dependent upon qualifications and experience
• Pension 5% employer and 3% employee
• Death in Service

• 25 days holiday, (including between Christmas and New Year)

The role of the Senior Financial Administrator will include: -

• Providing holistic support to a successful team of financial planners
• You will act as the initial point of contact for client queries and well as liaising with product providers
• In addition, you will manage and develop the administration and review process to ensure a first-class service is provided to internal and external parties
• Your work will cover Investment, Pension, Tax and Protection planning.

The successful candidate for the Senior Financial Administrator position should have: -

• Wealth management, the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues is essential
• Empathy, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help clients are some of the personal qualities they look for
• Clients entrust them with their financial futures, so it is essential that all staff act with integrity, are honest and adhere to the CII’s code of conduct
