Location: Leeds or Bradford, UK

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

Your Role:

• Oversee the import and export of goods across global locations.
• Arrange collections with transport companies and ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with clients, branch offices, agents, and transport providers.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and sharing updates.
• Track shipments, manage invoicing, and handle pre-alerts from overseas offices.
• Prepare and process Customs entries when required.
• Monitor shipments from start to finish.
• Take charge of job costing and invoicing tasks.

What You’ll Need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a UK-based freight forwarding company.
• Proven expertise in handling air, road, or sea freight imports/exports.
• Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures.
• Experience using freight software like Cargowise or Multifreight.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
