This organisation are looking to bring on a talented and analytical Management Accountant into their experienced and established finance department. The role is available as a result of internal progression resulting in the previous Management Accountant progressing within the organisation. This instance showcases the organisation and its intent to promote internal candidates and reward their hard-work with consistent progression opportunities. They have become one of the largest organisations in their industry in the West Midlands and are hoping to continue this trend. They are looking to bring on an experienced and intelligent individual, who is confident and competent at producing management account packs, and being involved in senior financial meetings, discussing the current finance climate of the organisation. They're looking for an individual with an analytical mindset, as this role will include producing comprehensive reports and analysis as well as conducting variance analysis on the P&L. • To be actively studying for your ACCA or CIMA qualification, or to have strong desires to continue your studies in your chosen qualification.
• To have experience producing monthly management account packs for senior management, and to be confident in explaining your findings and providing detailed insight to senior stakeholders.
• To have a strong ability in producing reports and using software such as Microsoft Excel. As in this role you will be producing reports and completing comprehensive variance analysis.
• To have a strong level of communication skills, as you will be involved with senior management and stakeholders when being included in budgeting and forecasting meetings.
