The Talent Crowd are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Community Team in Blackpool.
 We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced social worker to join our community social work team. Your role will involve working with adults to identify and understand their support requirements and to meet these in a way that both maximises independence and helps prevent future need. Using person centred approaches this includes working with community and voluntary groups as well as utilising reablement and commissioned services.
