I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the largest contractors in the UK! This will be based covering the Suffolk area, working on projects in Norwich & Ipswich.

Duties:

• Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
• Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
• Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
• Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
• Manage the project commercial team

Requirements:

• National / regional contractor experience as the Senior Surveyor
• Experience of both JCT & NEC contract forms
• Experience on projects ranging between £10m to £30m
• Experience working on the following schemes: Education, Leisure & Healthcare
