Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week

Japanese Speaking Shipping Data Officer - What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in planning internal and external audits for vessel certifications
• Secretary for Managing Director
• Organise and maintain the company’s electronic filing system
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, circulars, reports and presentations as needed
• Liaise with vessels, office departments, and third parties regarding their Health and Safety activities
• Support health, safety, environmental, and quality management tasks
• Attend training, seminars, and management meetings as required

Japanese Speaking Shipping Data Officer - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Fluency in English and Japanese
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Fully competent with Microsoft Office software
• Proven experience in an administrative support role
